Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Global Feasibility Lead to manage RFP and paid feasibility assessments across indications. The role emphasizes independent work, stakeholder liaison, and analytical rigor in a sponsor-dedicated context across UK, Poland, Spain or the US.

Ideal candidates will have CRO/pharma knowledge, strong English communication, and ability to mentor teams while advancing feasibility analytics and site selection strategies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science with an emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in virtual and team environments.
• Ability to present complex scientific and clinical data and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on RFPs and paid feasibility objectives across indications.
• Manages multiple assignments of varying complexity concurrently.
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and reviews sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders and supports department staff operations as needed.
• Mentors colleagues during development objectives as directed by management.
• Supports development of feasibility analysis systems and related metrics.
• Delivers site-level feasibility assessments as presentations or reports for stakeholders.
• Participates in evaluating informatics tools and enrollment modeling and related feasibility tools.
• Communicates effectively in English and builds relationships with stakeholders.
