The Factoring Program & Cash Manager will optimize global liquidity, lead receivables financing programs, and drive automation and AI‑enabled improvements across Treasury, Finance, and external partners.

You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide to ensure accurate funding, implement continuous process improvements, and deliver analytics on program performance while supporting cash

Formación

• 5–10 years' experience in factoring, receivables financing, treasury operations, or related financial processes.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles with cross‑functional impact.
• Experience driving process improvements, systems implementations, or finance technology initiatives.
• Business fluent English; German and/or Spanish language skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day management of Arxada’s global receivables financing and factoring programs.
• Coordinate funding with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on‑time funding with strong controls.
• Act as the global subject matter expert for factoring and receivables financing solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI‑enabled enhancements.
• Develop reporting and analytics that provide insights into program performance and liquidity.
• Support strategic cash management initiatives including cash pooling and payment process improvements.
• Collaborate across an international network to deliver value and operational excellence.
