Job summary

Grupo J. Uriach, S.L.U. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the Coordination Team in the Corporate Development area.

You will drive export operations excellence, harmonise processes across Uriach Export, and align back-office activities with regional business development and global portfolio strategies. You will manage a multicultural team, optimise workflows (SAP), oversee regulatory docs, and report KPIs to support growth.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in export operations or coordination, preferably in healthcare/pharma or regulated sectors.
Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills with advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, BI, Data Analytics, and collaboration platforms; emphasis on process digitalisation.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multicultural Coordination team across regions.
Drive harmonisation and continuous improvement of workflows and SAP systems.
Supervise order management, logistics, and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Oversee global regulatory documentation and submissions supporting regions without dedicated teams.
Plan and lead international events, distributor meetings, and ensure global alignment.
Act as liaison between regional teams and corporate functions to advance cross-functional projects.
Monitor resources and KPIs for coordination activities to support strategic growth.
