Miista is seeking a senior E-commerce Trading Manager to lead the international digital trading channel, connecting product, content, technology, acquisition and customer experience for sustained growth. You will own the end-to-end trading plan, drive revenue and margin, and oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning e-commerce administration, content, photography, merchandising, and CRM.

Formación

• Significant experience in a senior e-commerce, digital trading or growth role within brand-led consumer business.
• Proven track-record owning international e-commerce revenue and margin.
• Strong understanding of merchandising, CRM, acquisition, retention and LTV.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including content, operations and tech.
• Ability to translate data into actionable trading plans and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve international e-commerce strategy, roadmap and trading plan.
• Manage revenue, contribution margin, AOV, stock productivity and CAC across markets.
• Lead trading calendars, launches, campaigns and marketplace opportunities.
• Oversee e-commerce operations, content, photography and merchandising teams.
• Partner with agencies and tech partners to deliver site improvements and performance.
