AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Diagnostics to lead the global medical strategy for pathology diagnostics in oncology. The role focuses on digital and computational pathology methods to improve accuracy and patient outcomes while coordinating with regional teams and key stakeholders.

You will champion innovative testing platforms, data-driven evidence, and global collaboration, with a hybrid Barcelona-based schedule and frequent engagement at international forums.

Formación

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, or holds a PhD.
• MD with accredited pathology residency and fellowship in a clinical or molecular subspecialty.
• Strong life sciences foundation relevant to oncology diagnostics and digital pathology.

Responsabilidades

• Develop global medical strategy related to pathology diagnostics for AstraZeneca oncology products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement medical strategy and digital pathology platforms.
• Lead scientific advisory boards and engage with KEE advocacy and other diagnostics activities at major events.
