Symrise AG is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own end-to-end digital products across Procurement. You will drive digitalization and innovation across sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing processes, ensuring scalable, business-driven solutions within the IT landscape.

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement digitalization or S2P environments.
• Strong product and project management skills with understanding of procurement processes.
• Experience with procurement solutions such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP MM/SRM.

Responsabilidades

• Own procurement digital products across their full lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define the product vision and backlog, translating needs into actionable requirements.
• Drive procurement digitalization and innovation initiatives across sourcing tools, supplier portals, automation, and analytics.
• Act as the interface between Procurement and IT, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and data standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions across Source-to-Pay.
• Ensure supplier data consistency, process standardization, and system integration.
• Lead global implementations and support user adoption and value realization.
• Define and track KPIs including savings, cycle time, supplier performance, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and digital innovation.
• Work with global stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
