Essity is seeking a Global Demand Excellence Manager to drive Demand Management across Health & Medical, advancing IBP maturity and AI-enabled planning. You will lead transformation, collaborate with regional managers, and deliver data-driven improvements in forecasting accuracy and planning efficiency.

The role focuses on digital transformation, process innovation, and capability development across global teams, with a requirement for strong leadership and English fluency.

Formación

• University degree in a relevant field and extensive experience in Integrated Business Planning.
• Deep knowledge of Demand Management processes and planning technologies such as SAP IBP.
• Experience executing AI end-to-end: identifying Use Cases, building AI-powered tools, embedding in planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and continuously improve global Demand Management frameworks and performance metrics.
• Pilot and scale AI-powered forecasting and automation solutions.
• Lead transformation initiatives and enable adoption of planning technologies globally.
