Westhouse Group is seeking an experienced Global Data Steward for an international SAP S/4HANA transformation project based in Barcelona with a 40% on-site and 60% remote distribution. The role focuses on governing master data, supporting data migration, validation, and addressing data defects within a global, cross-functional team.

Formación

• Very good End-to-End Business Process knowledge.
• In-depth Master Data expertise.
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Very good experience in Data Migration, validation and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality and harmonization.
• Experience in defect analysis and root cause identification.
• Good technical understanding of SAP and data-related issues.
• Strong international stakeholder and Change Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting global End-to-End business processes and related Master Data topics.
• Governing and coordinating Master Data within the S/4HANA transformation project.
• Supporting Data Migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Analysing data-related defects and identifying root causes.
• Supporting the resolution of migration and testing issues.
• Ensuring alignment with global data standards and governance principles.
• Supporting local countries in adopting global process and data standards.
• Coordinating between Business Data Owners, global teams and local stakeholders.
• Supporting Change Management activities throughout the transformation.
