Quadrante is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - DATA CENTERS to lead complex Data Center projects from conception to commissioning. You will coordinate architecture, civil, electrical, mechanical and HVAC disciplines while safeguarding schedule, budget and quality.

The role requires a minimum of five years in similar PM roles, strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel across Spain and Latin America.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in project management roles delivering Data Center projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across architecture, civil works, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and security.
• Knowledge of international standards such as Uptime Institute and TIA-942 is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and manage multidisciplinary Data Center projects from design through commissioning.
• Ensure delivery on schedule, budget and quality across all project phases.
• Allocate resources with appropriate skills for each project phase.
• Oversee technical quality and compliance with international standards.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with clear communication.
• Identify business development opportunities and support in proposals and meetings.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle.
