Haskoning is recruiting a Design Manager (MCF/Data Centres) based in Málaga to lead multidisciplinary design, engineering and construction activities for data centre projects across Europe and beyond.

You will manage scope, budget and schedules, coordinate with specialists, and push innovative, BIM-enabled designs while maintaining client focus and strong communication in English. Some travel is expected.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary design, engineering, and construction projects.
• Affinity with digital and automated design and engineering processes (BIM360, CDE).
• Good knowledge of standard practices in design and construction industry; understanding client operations.
• Excellent communication skills towards colleagues and clients; fluent in English; Spanish preferred; Dutch/German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scope-of-work, design budget and contract documents for each project.
• Follow and update design delivery schedule and distribute workload within team.
• Coordinate and optimize design with multi-disciplinary team and external parties.
• Lead and challenge design solutions and changes.
• Create and communicate innovative ideas and designs to client and team.
