Q-tech is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the evolution of our enterprise data architecture. You will define data models, ingestion strategies and consumption patterns in a highly collaborative, international environment.

You will ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, manage the Enterprise Data Model, and influence architectural decisions across engineering, architecture, and security teams. Experience in Financial Services is highly valued.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in Data Engineering and Architecture.
• Strong experience in Data Architecture and Data Modelling.
• Solid knowledge of 3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema and Data Vault 2.0.
• Experience with data ingestion and consumption architectures, including batch, streaming, parallel ingestion and event-driven approaches.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud deployments, preferably GCP.
• Previous experience in Financial Services or Asset Management is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the organization's enterprise data architecture and EDM.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into appropriate data models, ingestion strategies and consumption patterns.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Domain Architects, Data SMEs and Security specialists to align solutions with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Define and document architecture decisions, reusable patterns and guidelines for recurring data architecture challenges.
• Maintain and evolve the EDM and translate logical models into physical models where required.
• Assess new data technologies and identify opportunities to modernize the organization's data architecture.
