Dandelion Payments is seeking a Manager, CX Training & QAi to lead training and quality assurance across Xe, Ria Money Transfer, and Dandelion CX teams. You will identify needs, design programmes, and drive improvements with an AI-powered QA tool to surface insights in near real time.

You will oversee the Training and QAi teams, align programmes with business goals, evaluate impact, and report to CX leadership, while collaborating across global, multi-brand environments.

Formación

• Experience leading training and quality assurance initiatives across multiple brands.
• Familiarity with QA tools or AI-powered performance insight platforms.
• Ability to translate metrics into actionable learning plans.
• Proven ability to manage small, specialist teams and develop individuals.

Responsabilidades

• Own development and delivery of CX, services and product training across Xe, Ria Money Transfer, and Dandelion CX teams.
• Identify training needs, build training plans, and deploy effective programmes.
• Lead the QAi function and AI-powered QA tool across three brands.
