Anthesis Esp is seeking a Global Compliance Manager & Data Protection Officer to lead the group’s compliance and data protection framework across jurisdictions. You will own policy development, risk-based due diligence, and privacy controls within the ISO 27001 ISMS.

You will act as DPO where required, drive training, audits, and vendor risk management, ensuring regulatory obligations are embedded in business processes and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a global / multi-jurisdictional compliance and/or data protection role.
• Strong, demonstrable data protection expertise (GDPR + international frameworks).
• Policy drafting, governance and monitoring experience.
• Able to advise senior stakeholders independently; detail-oriented and pragmatic.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and develop the Group's compliance policies and control matrix; monitor adherence and report to leadership.
• Run risk-based client onboarding and ongoing due diligence, beneficial-ownership verification, and AML checks.
• Support ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits with privacy evidence.
