The Clinical Project Support Specialist at Bayer will provide operational support for global phase I–IV trials, collaborating with study teams and vendors to ensure compliance, quality, and timely submissions. The role includes document management, eTMF activities, and coordination of meetings and logistics across regions.

You will support audits, contribute to process improvements, and work closely with the CTS Team Lead in GBS Barcelona.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with 1+ year of clinical research experience.
• Experience with VEEVA System and strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support for global phase I–IV clinical trials.
• Create and maintain study documents, logs, and trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, submissions, and eTMF activities.
• Support audits, inspections, and vendor/CRO oversight.
