AbbVie seeks a seasoned professional to lead Clinical Site Management (CSM) activities across studies. The role focuses on delivering timely, compliant site-level and study-level CSM initiatives in collaboration with other Site Management Leaders.

The position emphasizes risk assessment, resource planning, and TMF completeness, with a need for strong communication and cross-functional leadership in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a medical/scientific field; 5+ years in clinical research.
• Experience in monitoring or project management on global studies preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze study timelines and ensure CSM deliverables are feasible and on track.
• Lead or support site monitoring strategy and engagement activities.
• Coordinate with country leaders on resource needs and study milestones.
• Oversee TMF completeness for CSM artifacts and inspection readiness.
