Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a (para)medical or scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry clinical research experience.
• Preferred exposure in study initiation through study completion across multiple phases.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence in a matrix environment.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze study timelines and ensure deliverables are feasible for CSM.
• Communicate CSM resource needs with Country Leaders.
• Lead study-level site monitoring strategy and Site Monitoring Plan.
• Set and lead Site Engagement Strategy.
• Maintain study timelines and provide essential study information to country teams.
• Oversee monitoring activities and ensure quality deliverables and milestone adherence.
• Identify and mitigate risks with the RAMP.
• Drive TMF completeness for CSM artifacts and inspection readiness.
