NAMSA is seeking an experienced Clinical Department leader in Madrid to guide global and regional clinical operations, biostatistics and data management activities. You will oversee project teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and align local and global requirements while engaging with clients.

You will mentor staff, participate in budget planning, and drive process improvements to support NAMSA’s growth in global MedTech development. Fluency in English and local language is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Fluency in English and local language required.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulations for clinical trials.
• Familiarity with medical device product development.
• Familiarity with study management, data management and biostatistics in trials.
• Ability to travel up to 20%; international travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and coordinating global and regional clinical, biostatistics and data management activities.
• Manage select Clinical Associates within the Clinical Department.
• Allocate workload for clinical, biostatistics and data management projects and lead as needed.
• Ensure regulations and procedures are applied; balance local requirements with global approach.
• Ensure client expectations regarding schedule, cost and quality are met.
• Provide coaching to team members on clinical development processes and strategy.
• Support proposal development and client presentations.
