Arbolus, a Barcelona-based hub of a fast-growing professional services platform, is seeking an Associate in the Professional Services team. You will research a wide variety of topics, recruit and connect with thought leaders, and help clients make informed decisions by pairing them with Arbolus experts.

Formación

• Academic background in Finance, Business, HR, Research or Economics.
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Entrepreneurial/commercial drive.
• Experience with cold outreach and outbound calls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time-management and organisation.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Native English; any other European language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and develop client relationships through project work and meetings.
• Provide day-to-day support on client projects.
• Balance multiple, time-sensitive research requests.
• Source and recruit leading experts based on client needs.
• Screen new and existing experts by phone and email.
• Onboard new experts to the Arbolus platform.
• Develop relationships with thought leaders across industries.
• Collaborate with Senior Associates and Project Leads across international teams.
