Job summary

Publicis Groupe España is seeking a Global Client Lead to drive the global client relationship and oversee performance across markets. You will define strategic direction, mobilise capabilities, and ensure consistent local execution of global priorities.

You will advise senior stakeholders, lead cross-market teams, and champion transparency while driving profitable growth for one of our major international partnerships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global accounts and senior international client relationships.
• Experience managing performance and service quality across multiple markets.
• Strong expertise across media planning, digital, performance, data, measurement and marketing transformation.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes and adoption across networks.
• Ability to mobilise specialist capabilities within a matrix organisation.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience managing account growth and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• International travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global client relationship at executive level.
• Define and deliver long-term business, media and transformation agenda.
• Orchestrate the international agency network for market action.
• Establish a rigorous market performance framework across planning and execution.
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action with timelines.
• Ensure best-in-class media planning, execution, and measurement.
• Mobilise capabilities from across Publicis for client value.
