You will coordinate change strategy, communications, training and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries, with a focus on business readiness and adoption of Coupa P2P. • Proven Change Management experience in transformation or implementation programmes.
• Experience supporting or leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations or transformations.
• Strong understanding of P2P across Procurement, Invoicing and Supplier Management.
• Experience in global organisations and managing change across countries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Autonomy, ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain the overall Change Management Strategy for the P2P transformation programme.
• Develop detailed Change, Communication and Training Plans.
• Coordinate change activities across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.
• Work with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment and business readiness.
• Prepare and adapt training materials and training data.
• Create and coordinate communications through local business teams.
• Conduct Business Readiness Assessments and track readiness ahead of deployment.
• Identify resistance and define actions to mitigate risks and adoption barriers.
• Manage change-related issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Go-Live and Hypercare activities from a change management perspective.
• Maintain action trackers, deliverables and reporting across countries.
