Bayer seeks a Global Change Lead to shape and execute change management strategies for CD&O and DS|AI initiatives within Pharma R&D. You will drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across global stakeholders, combining agile methods with our Change Framework.
The role requires 5–10+ years in change management, deep pharma R&D experience, and the ability to translate complex programs into clear narratives, enablement plans, and measurable outcomes across multiple locations
Global Change Lead is responsible for shaping, leading, and executing structured change management strategies for CD&O (Clinical Development & Operations) and DS&AI (Data Science & Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within Pharma R&D. The role focuses on enabling the people side of change to drive adoption of new ways of working, processes, tools, and capabilities across global stakeholder groups. This role brings strong expertise in Change Management and Agile ways of working / Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) to support complex global business and transformation initiatives. As part of the program team, the incumbent partners with sponsors, senior stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to define and execute change strategies that enable adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
