Job summary

Sanofi, a leading global healthcare company, seeks a Global Category Buyer for Human Resources, Outsourcing & Shared Services based in Barcelona. You will lead global sourcing, develop category strategies and manage supplier relationships across geographies to support HR services such as rewards, learning, and HR projects.

The role requires 4–7+ years in procurement, strong data analytics, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills. Fluent English is essential; additional Spanish or French is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum Master degree from an accredited College or University.
Fluent in English is a must; French/Spanish languages a plus.
Experience in Procurement or related area of expertise, with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sourcing strategy for HR Services and Outsourcing & Shared Services at global level.
Lead RFIs/RFPs and negotiate contracts with suppliers; manage savings pipeline.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Business Units to ensure compliant implementation of contracts.
Perform data crunching, analysis and reporting to track performance, risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal customers and stakeholders.
