Sompo is seeking a Global Head of Brand to advance the brand strategy for its Property & Casualty business. Based in Cologne, Germany, this role leads the global brand, aligns with Sompo Holdings (Japan), and coordinates across Marketing, HR and business teams to bring the brand to life worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of global brand leadership, strong strategic thinking, and experience in regulated or financial services industries.

Formación

• 10+ years of brand leadership experience in a global organization, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Experience building and leading global brand transformation and expansion.
• Professional experience with Japan; strong understanding of Japanese business culture.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the global brand strategy to support growth and market differentiation, with emphasis on P&C.
• Evolve and protect the global visual identity across channels and regions.
• Advise senior leadership on brand perception, positioning and impact.
