Job summary

CSL is seeking a Director (m/f/x) for HAE / ANDEMBRY Brand Lead to shape international portfolio strategy for ANDEMBRY and BERINERT. You will partner with affiliates, Global teams and external stakeholders to drive market expansion, launch excellence, and compliant execution across the patient journey.

The role requires leading a multi-market brand team, translating insights into strategic playbooks and ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in healthcare with 8+ years in pharma/biotech marketing.
• Experience establishing disease-area, portfolio and brand strategy.
• Ability to translate insights into action and drive executional excellence.
• Experience leading above-country marketing initiatives with diverse teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead HAE disease-area and ANDEMBRY/BERINERT brand strategy for International region.
• Act as marketing SME and partner for affiliates across international markets.
• Lead the ANDEMBRY IBT and coordinate cross-functional execution across regions.
• Develop differentiated market strategies and lifecycle plans for portfolio growth.
• Own international marketing budget and ensure compliant, ethical marketing practices.
• Enable co-creation with affiliates and external stakeholders across markets.
