Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced BESS Engineering Director to lead the engineering and technical function for battery energy storage systems across our global Storage pipeline. This role owns end-to-end design, integration, and engineering oversight from system architecture to construction and commissioning.

• 10+ years of engineering experience in energy storage or related field.
• Min 5 years in BESS engineering and system design.
• Experience supporting procurement and vendor evaluation.
• Strong communication in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define system architecture for BESS assets and select technologies.
• Establish design standards for grid services, merchant storage, and utility-scale deployments.
• Develop technical specifications and design documentation for procurement and EPC.
• Lead vendor engagement and due diligence in procurement.
• Provide engineering oversight during construction and commissioning.
• Represent Enfinity externally as a technical authority.
