Grupo Antolin seeks a Commodity Buyer to manage sourcing for assigned categories within a multinational automotive context, optimizing cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability. You will build supplier partnerships and lead cross-functional sourcing activities to support Antolin’s transformation toward innovative interiors.

You will work with SAP and BUYONE, negotiate for value, analyze markets, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams on demand planning

Formación

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or commodity management, preferably automotive.
• Experience purchasing plastic components; understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with procurement platforms; BUYONE familiarity is a plus for internal candidates.
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodity categories.
• Manage supplier relationships including selection, qualification, development, performance, and risk management.
• Lead or support end-to-end sourcing activities (RFx, evaluations, negotiations, contracts).
• Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve cost savings and long-term value.
• Analyze supplier markets, pricing trends, and industry developments for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand planning, specification management, and Make-or-Buy decisions.
• Maintain purchasing data, supplier records, and contracts in SAP and BUYONE ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to enable project success.
