Amaris Consulting is seeking a Global Automation Lead to drive global automation adoption across pharma plants in Spain. You will define standards and govern automation practices, lead PLC/SCADA projects, and coordinate OT/IT integration with site teams.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, support continuous improvement, and promote digital transformation through training and change management, while traveling as needed.

Qualificações

• Degree in Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as Automation Lead for global plants in pharma or highly regulated industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA and OT/IT integration; project management in automation/digital transformation.
• English proficiency at C2; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive global adoption of automation solutions across S4G and AIP initiatives in multiple plants.
• Define global standards, governance and best practices for automation.
• Lead automation projects (PLC, SCADA, OT/IT) from concept to implementation with site teams.
• Act as global contact for automation topics, supporting troubleshooting and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and internal quality standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, training and change management for digital transformation.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, production and quality to integrate automation with AI initiatives.
• Manage timelines, risks and resources, including worldwide travel for implementation.
