Nextlane is offering a Software/Application Support Intern position in Madrid. You will join the Customer Excellence team to learn how we ensure our products run smoothly across brands, reviewing quality checklists and documenting issues. You will grow technically and collaboratively in an international environment.

The role emphasizes curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn, with focus on web development, APIs, and integrations, including Postman/SoapUI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Formación

• Active internship/training agreement required.
• Pursuing studies in Web Development, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Focused on web development and technical integrations, including APIs and integrations.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is expected.
• Fluency in Spanish; good written and spoken English is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Review the quality checklist for each brand.
• Open Jira tickets for complex analyses.
• Request re-launches as needed.
• Report the results of each review.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Share findings with trainer and support team.
