Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a Global AI Cybersecurity Product Lead to shape and execute AI security propositions within Vodafone Business’s global security portfolio. Based in Madrid, you will own the strategy, roadmap and operating models for an emerging AI-security portfolio, coordinating with local markets and senior leadership to drive growth and secure adoption of Generative AI, AI agents and LLMs.

Qualifications

Experience across cybersecurity and AI initiatives.
Understanding of AI security risks and governance frameworks.
Experience launching technology products in cybersecurity, AI, cloud or related fields.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior leaders.
Proven track record managing complex programmes, product launches or strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global AI security portfolio strategy, roadmap, investment priorities and market positioning.
Develop AI security propositions to support Vodafone’s growth and differentiation in cybersecurity.
Lead business cases, operating models, commercial strategies and partner ecosystems for AI security solutions.
Oversee services covering AI security posture assessments, advisory services, governance, risk and compliance.
Develop secure AI adoption frameworks, controls and solutions for AI risks.
