Vodafone Group Plc is hiring an Specialist AI Agile Product Owner Lead in Madrid to define and own the AI/GenAI SDN automation roadmap. You will bridge business, engineering, and data teams to maximise value from Agile development, ensuring alignment of vision and execution across multiple stakeholders.

You will translate needs into epics and user stories, manage the backlog, and drive value realization for AI-enabled automation in a multi-vendor transport network environment.

Formación

• Experience with Agile product ownership practices (Scrum) and product lifecycle delivery.
• Knowledge of SDN technologies and transport networks in multi-vendor environments.
• AI/GenAI automation experience including real-world applications and prompt engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the AI/GenAI SDN automation product vision, roadmap, epics and release scope.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog in line with business priorities and delivery capacity.
• Translate business and user needs into clear user stories, features and backlog items.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across product, engineering and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive use case definition and value realization for AI-enabled automation.
