Job summary

Galderma in Barcelona is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Manager to lead the financial reporting team, owning the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of our financial statements and bridging operational accounting with group-level reporting.

The ideal candidate has IFRS and Local GAAP expertise, strong ERP experience (M3) and Oracle FCCS, a proven leadership track record, and more than ten years in finance within a multinational or shared services setting.

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (or equivalent practical experience). CPA is a plus.
Solid understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, close).
Experience in a multinational environment and/or shared services model, or Big 4.
Strong knowledge of IFRS (IFRS16, Deferred Tax,…)
Experience as leader/Manager of a team.
More than 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance: prepare and supervise accounting reporting packages for consolidation under IFRS with the global calendar.
Process adherence, data quality, and controls: promote SOPs and internal controls; ensure compliance.
Leadership: lead and mentor a team (GL, AR, AP); coordinate workload; foster accuracy and accountability.
