Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator I to keep our fleet in optimal condition by coordinating repairs across the network and ensuring timely completion. The role supports the Mechanic & Repairs team within the Fleet function and requires strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.

You will work closely with mechanics, service providers, and internal stakeholders to monitor repair progress, maintain accurate records, and escalate issues

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our vehicles remain in top condition, supporting the seamless operation of our network.Key Responsibilities:Support the coordination of vehicle repairs within the operations network, ensuring all repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.Track the progress of ongoing repairs and maintain accurate, up-to-date administrative records for each vehicle.Ensure compliance with defined service levels and escalate repair issues or delays to senior team members as necessary.Communicate effectively with mechanics, service providers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and status updates.Assist with monitoring and reporting on fleet maintenance activities to help identify recurring issues or process improvements.Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant fleet by following company policies and industry best practices.What We’re Looking For:Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.Ability to coordinate multiple repair tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers.Willingness to escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.Ideal ExperiencePrevious experience in a business support, administrative, or fleet maintenance coordination role is preferred.Familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes or repair tracking systems is an advantage.Experience working within a structured operations or logistics environment is beneficial.Skills & CompetenciesProficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks.Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.Effective problem-solving and issue escalation skills.Team-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting business operations.Basic understanding of fleet maintenance or repair procedures is a plus.Why Join Us?At our company, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that values your contribution and supports your professional growth.
