Job summary

The role is based at one of our operational sites with varied daily tasks, including team management, operational planning, and contingency planning.

Qualifications

• Completed University degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
