Our client, a leading esports organization, is seeking a passionate and outgoing Gestor de Comunidad Online de Videojuegos (Prácticas Remotas) to join their team. This is a fully remote internship position, offering the flexibility to engage with gamers and build vibrant online communities from anywhere. You will be responsible for fostering positive interactions, moderating discussions, and executing community engagement strategies across various platforms, including Discord, forums, and social media, primarily focused on our competitive gaming teams and associated titles. The ideal candidate lives and breathes gaming culture, understands the nuances of online communities, and excels at communication. This internship provides an excellent platform to gain hands‑on experience in community management, social media strategy, and event organization within the fast‑paced world of esports and competitive gaming. Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing or actively participating in online communities (Discord, forums, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Strong understanding of community management principles and best practices.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible for an internship program and available for the full duration.
