Indigourlaub Gmbh / Son Manera Retreat Finca is seeking an experienced Integral Health and Wellness Coach for a fully remote role in Spain. You will work one-to-one with clients via video, phone, and messaging to create personalized wellness plans covering nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, and overall well-being.

The ideal candidate has a certified health coaching credential, at least 3 years of experience, and strong skills in motivational interviewing and behavioral change.

Qualifications

• Certified Health Coach credential (NBHWC/ICF or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of individual health/wellness coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge in nutrition, exercise physiology, psychology, and stress management.
• Excellent listening, communication, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing client consultations to assess health status and goals.
• Develop customized wellness plans including nutrition, activity, sleep and stress management.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation and accountability throughout the coaching journey.
• Educate clients on evidence-based health principles and behavior change strategies.
• Utilize digital coaching platforms to track progress and communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in health coaching and wellness.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Contribute to the development of coaching resources and educational materials.

Requirements

• Certified Health Coach (e.g., NBHWC, ICF accredited program) or equivalent certification in a relevant health or wellness field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing individual health and wellness coaching.
• Strong knowledge base in nutrition, exercise physiology, behavioral psychology, and stress management.
• Excellent active listening, communication, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and coaching software.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high levels of professionalism in a remote setting.
• A genuine passion for helping others improve their health and well‑being.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and fluent in Spanish.
