Groupon is seeking a Merchant Consultant Representative for the German market, based in Valencia, Spain. You will manage a portfolio of local merchants, re-engage inactive partners, and drive revenue through data-driven recommendations and tailored campaigns.

You’ll work with leading AI tools, maintain strong relationships, and hit weekly KPIs and monthly targets while ensuring merchant satisfaction and campaign performance. Fluency in English and German is required.

Formación

• 1-3 years experience in sales, account management or customer-facing roles
• Fluency in English and German
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Comfortable with sales KPIs and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants across categories such as Beauty & Wellness, Food & Drink, Leisure, Services, Tickets & Live Entertainment
• Re-engage former or inactive merchants through outreach and opportunities to renew or relaunch deals
• Optimize live campaigns by analyzing deal performance and suggesting improvements
• Understand each merchant’s business to propose tailored and realistic solutions
• Problem-solve and support merchants with questions or issues related to their campaigns
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets for revenue, deal renewals, and merchant satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and opportunities in Salesforce
