Gustoventura seeks a Tour Conductor to guide small groups across the Mediterranean, leading 1-2 week itineraries in Italy, Spain, Greece, and Portugal. This role emphasizes cultural storytelling, safety, and exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate with our operations team, stay informed on daily itineraries, provide briefings, handle emergencies, and ensure high-quality experiences while promoting sustainable, local traditions.

Formación

• German language proficiency (C1) mandatory
• English working knowledge
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR/Hemlich preferred
• Experience in tourism or guiding
• Willingness to travel across the Mediterranean

Responsabilidades

• Lead small groups (1-2 week tours) across the Mediterranean
• Provide engaging destination information and cultural storytelling
• Plan and prep itineraries; coordinate with Operations for bookings
• Conduct trainings and pre-tour briefings
• Assist travelers and handle emergencies with calm, safety-focused approach
