Ignite. seeks an Account Manager to lead German market growth from Barcelona, managing a roster of B2B clients. You will onboard new corporate accounts, design PPC strategies, and drive adoption of Google Ads while expanding relationships and protecting retention.

You will engage clients via outbound calls, tailor campaigns to objectives, and analyze performance to provide action-oriented guidance. Hybrid work with a mix of on-site collaboration and remote work.

Formación

• Fluent German (C1–C2) and strong business English.
• Experience managing client relationships via CRM.
• Comfort with outbound phone outreach and proposals.
• Familiar with AI tools to analyze data and tailor pitches.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new corporate accounts and design PPC strategies.
• Engage clients regularly via calls to educate and upsell.
• Assess objectives and build customized campaign setups.
• Maintain detailed CRM records of all activities.
• Analyze ad performance and report insights to leaders.
• Align Google Ads with broader conversion funnels.
