A leading provider of customer experience solutions is looking for a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant in Barcelona. In this role, you will develop and execute digital advertising strategies, optimize Google Ads campaigns, and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate is native Dutch-speaking with digital marketing experience, especially in PPC, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Conocimientos

Dutch: Native-level fluency (C2)

English: Fluent (B2+)

Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on PPC/Google Ads campaigns

Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Data-driven mindset with analytical skills

Customer-focused, proactive, and goal-oriented

Previous experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing consultancy

Salary & Bonus:

• Base Salary: €23,876 – €30,000/year
• Performance Bonus: €3,407 – €3,500/year

Contract & Schedule:

• 38.5h/week, Monday–Sunday, 2 days off per week
• Shifts: Morning 08:00–16:00 | Afternoon 16:00–00:00
