Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Data Analyst with SAS and SQL programming skills and fluent German for remote Spain. You will join the Real-World Solutions department in Madrid, supporting top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients with analyses, reports and deliverables.

The role requires a degree in life sciences or related fields, strong analytics, and German/English communication abilities. Collaboration in an international team is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, public health, health economics, (bio)informatics, mathematics or epidemiology.
• Experience in data analysis, biostatistics or epidemiology with at least one statistical language.
• SAS programming knowledge; healthcare data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and client-ready reporting skills.
• Fluency in German and English for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic analyses (recurring and ad hoc) to derive trends and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Evaluate secondary data on markets, physicians, pharmacists, patients, and products.
• Collaborate with pharma clients' BI units and deliver reports and presentations.
• Create client-ready deliverables and maintain project deliverables within timelines.
