WW Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an onsite team in Athens, Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing high-quality service and handling product-related questions.

The role requires fluent German and English (B2+), with rotating shifts and full-time employment. A relocation package and fully paid training are included to support your move.

Formación

• Fluent or native-level German
• English B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to and work onsite in Athens, Greece

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in German via inbound phone, chat, and email
