WW Talents is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Support Agent in Athens, Greece, onsite with rotational shifts. You will handle inbound phone, chat and email inquiries and help customers with orders, deliveries and returns.

The role offers a gross salary of €1,300–€1,400 per month paid 14 times a year, fully paid training, a structured onboarding, and a comprehensive relocation package including flight, hotel and airport pickup.

Formación

• Fluent or native-level German
• English B2 level or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to and work onsite in Athens, Greece

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in German via inbound phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
