Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Content Analyst to relocate to Barcelona. You will filter content and screen for inappropriate material to ensure compliance with platform guidelines on a leading short-video platform.

Please note that some content may be sensitive or disturbing. Relocation assistance is provided, including travel expense refunds up to EUR 200. The role offers paid training from day one and a hybrid work model.

Formación

• German language fluency at C1 and English at B2 (written and spoken).

Are you a German speaker looking for a fresh experience in stunning Barcelona? Join our client's team as a Content Moderator andhelp maintain a safe and positive environment on the leading shortvideo platform. Your role will involve filtering content, screening forinappropriate material, and ensuring compliance with platformguidelines.

Requirements

• At least C1 level fluency in German coupled with B2 English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Basic IT skills
• EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Spain
• Already residing in Barcelona OR available to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help is provided)

Work Schedule

• Full-time (39 hours per week). Workdays include Monday to Sunday,with two weekends per month. Days off can be separate during the week.
• Part-time (16 hours per week). Work only on Saturday and Sunday. Training is full-time.
• Shifts vary depending on the business line and market. A hybrid work model may apply.
• Schedules are provided one month in advance.

• Fixed-term contract of two months, renewable based on performance
• One-month probation period included in the first contract
• Possibility of a permanent contract after four to six months
• Paid training from day one, Monday to Friday. No training on weekends or holidays

Holidays

• 32 days per year, distributed as four full weeks and four individual days
• Gross annual salary: EUR 24,715.40
• Gross monthly salary: EUR 2,059.62
