WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join our international team in Barcelona. You will acquire new business through inbound and outbound sales while presenting AI-powered advertising solutions to potential clients.

The role requires German C1 and English B2 level, 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, and a strong grasp of digital marketing. Relocation support is available, with a full-time, 39-hour work week.

We are looking for a motivated German-Speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team in Barcelona, supporting one of the world's leading AI companies.

In this role, you will focus on acquiring new business through inbound and outbound sales activities, identifying potential clients, and presenting innovative AI-powered advertising solutions.

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment Type: Full-time | 39 hours per week
Salary: €30,000 gross/year + €5,175 on-target bonus (uncapped earning potential)
Languages: German C1 and English B2
Relocation Support: Available (Flight ticket and accommodation)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.

Requirements

• German: C1 level.
• English: Minimum B2 level.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising platforms.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and lead qualification.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Experience managing customer databases and sales pipelines.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: €30,000 gross per year.
• On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross per year, with an uncapped bonus structure.
