Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a German Sales & Advertising Account Representative to work in a hybrid model based in Valencia, Spain. In this role, you will support German businesses by improving their digital advertising performance and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent German speaker with a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in digital advertising or sales. The compensation package includes a competitive salary between €24,310 and €30,000, plus a performance-based bonus and comprehensive relocation support.

About The Role

In this role, you will serve as a strategic sales partner to German businesses, guiding them in improving their digital advertising performance. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales objectives, and helping expand the client portfolio across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute tailored digital advertising strategies to support client goals.
• Deliver data‑backed insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video, and email communication.
• Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (minimum C1) and good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience (6–12 months) in digital advertising, PPC, or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
• Authorized to work in Spain.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from €24,310 to €30,000 (depending on experience).
• Performance‑based sales bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 per year.
