Formación

• 2+ years of proven sales or marketing experience winning over clients in target‑driven environments.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; Master’s in Marketing/Communications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Client onboarding & advisory: onboard clients and understand their goals to build PPC campaigns.
• Sales & revenue growth: drive revenue through outbound sales, upselling, and increasing ad spend.
• Account management: daily management of a high‑volume account portfolio with CRM updates.
• Market engagement: identify trends and needs in the German market to deliver tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Performance targets: meet and exceed sales KPIs in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strategic optimization: adapt to client priorities and explain ROI and campaign efficiency.
