This role is central to overseeing the planning, execution, and successful deployment of technology infrastructure upgrades and implementations. You will manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives, are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines, and meet stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles, combined with exceptional project management skills. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, cloud migrations, and data center initiatives.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects (networking, servers, cloud, data centers).
• Proven experience managing projects in a remote or hybrid work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• PMP, ITIL, or similar project management certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong working knowledge of English.
