IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to join our production hub. Your role includes recruiting doctors into a panel for market research studies and building trustful relationships to support participation and data collection.

You will call doctors to invite them to participate, manage follow-up conversations, and ensure high engagement across multilingual communications. A dynamic, diverse team environment awaits.

Position Purpose:

We are recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! Diversity is our way of life!

Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel. Doctors on the panel need to engage to participate regularly in our market research studies. You will establish a trustful relationship with the participants during recruitment and during follow up conversations about the status of their questionnaires completion. You will maintain the information about the Healthcare Professionals updated and assist them when queries arise.

What to expect:

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
