Wizeline, un proveedor global de soluciones de IA, busca un Generative AI Engineer en San Sebastián para diseñar, construir y desplegar agentes de IA en entornos reales. Colaborarás con clientes empresariales para traducir sus problemas en soluciones técnicas y resultados medibles.

Formación

• 5+ años de fundamentos de ingeniería de software y diseño de sistemas.
• Experiencia amplia en desarrollo y despliegue de software en producción.
• Capacidad para diseñar APIs escalables y sistemas distribuidos.
• Experiencia práctica con modelos de lenguaje y tecnologías de IA.
• Capacidad de gestionar proyectos de principio a fin y colaborar con clientes.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, construir y desplegar agentes de IA listos para producción.
• Gestionar el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de agentes (ADLC) desde descubrimiento hasta implementación.
• Colaborar con clientes empresariales para traducir problemas en soluciones técnicas y resultados medibles.
• Construir aplicaciones full-stack escalables que integren capacidades de IA modernas.
• Desarrollar marcos y herramientas reutilizables para la implementación de agentes de IA.
• Colaborar con Product, Engineering y equipos de IA para adaptar la plataforma a necesidades del cliente.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries.


• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and proof of value through production deployment and continuous optimization.


• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.


• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.


• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents.


• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs.


• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectures.


• Drive technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Must-have Skills

• 5+ years of Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including system design, scalability, algorithms, and design patterns.


• Extensive experience building and deploying production software.


• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.


• Ability to quickly adapt across different full-stack technologies and architectures.


• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.


• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end


• Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).


• Strong understanding of agentic architectures, including concepts such as:


• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments rather than experimentation alone.


• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks.


• Comfortable working directly with customers to understand business needs.


• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.


• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
