Wizeline, a global AI-native technology solutions provider, seeks a senior software engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents across industries. You will own the Agent Development Lifecycle and collaborate with enterprise customers to translate complex problems into scalable technical solutions.

You will work with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to enhance the platform, experiment with models, and drive best practices in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of strong software engineering fundamentals including system design and scalable architectures.
• Extensive production software development experience.
• Hands-on TypeScript and React development.
• Ability to design scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience building applications powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with agentic architectures and production-grade tooling.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents across multiple industries.
• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) from discovery to production.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate problems into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable, maintainable full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate models/frameworks.
• Drive architectural and technical discussions with engineering teams and executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries.
• Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and proof of value through production deployment and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectures.
• Drive technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

Must-have Skills

• 5+ years of Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including system design, scalability, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience building and deploying production software.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React.
• Ability to quickly adapt across different full-stack technologies and architectures.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end
• Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of agentic architectures, including concepts such as:
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into production environments rather than experimentation alone.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks.
• Comfortable working directly with customers to understand business needs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward execution.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
